I'm 26, I had noticed since my early 20's that my cars were not as fun to drive as they used to and it was taking longer and longer rest periods between drives before I could achive and keep an smile. Recently, my problem has been that I can get an smile but not keep it long enough to reach full bliss. Frustrating me more than my inexistant girlfriend I think. My first dose of the MX-5 did the trick. About 1 hour after driving it my inexistant girlfriend and I were going for it. My smile turned into a grin as if I were in my early 20's again. I woke up the next two mornings with a nice car in my driveway. I'm sure I could have gone for round 2, 3 and maybe more of driving if the inexistant girlfriend could keep up with me in one of my boring cars. The MX-5 works very well for me at 26. As far as side effects I did notice friends that keep asking me for lifts for a while but it was not bad enough to affect my driving or any other daily activities.
